Class Refund & Cancellation Policy - Session

A Parent or Legal Guardian must sign for those registrants 18 years old and younger.

By registering myself and/or my child(ren), as the case may be, as (a) participant(s) with Kamloops Aquatics Club, I agree that cancellations made before the start of the session will be subject to these terms:

• Cancellations made more than one (1) week prior to the start of the session will be granted a full refund
• Cancellations made the week prior to the start of the session will be granted either:
  • a refund subject to a $50.00 administration charge
  • a full credit to be applied towards a future registration

Cancellations made after the start of the session for non-medical related reasons will not be subject to a refund.

I hereby consent to the Refund and Cancellation Policy as described above.
