A swim meet is where your swimmer's hard work comes to life!  It's a place where your swimmer will race, test their skills, cheer for teammates, build confidence, make new friends, and most of all, have fun!

What’s in a Meet Package?

A meet package is like the event’s master guide.
​​​​​​​It typically includes:
• Event schedule: Dates, session times, and warm-up periods
• Event list: Stroke types, distances, age categories
• Entry rules: Qualifying times, limits per swimmer, and deadlines
• Fees: Entry costs per event or swimmer
• Facility info: Pool address, parking, seating, and amenities
• Host contact: Who to reach for questions or emergencies

What’s in a Technical Bulletin?

The technical bulletin is more operational—usually shared closer to the meet.
It includes:
• Session timing updates: Adjustments based on entries
• Coach check-in procedures: Accreditation, relay cards, etc.
• Scratch deadlines: When to withdraw swimmers without penalty
• Officials’ notes: Rules enforcement, protest procedures
• Warm-up lane assignments: Safety protocols and lane usage
• Deck access rules: Who’s allowed where and when
