Assists the Meet Referee with control and authority of all the officials, approves assignments, instructs officials, and ensures all regulation for sanctioned meet are followed. Responsible for the Official Running of the meet and all that occurs with respect to what happens in the water. Reports to the Meet Referee. Must have completed the Referee Clinic, have training at prior meets as a Shadow and be certified as a minimum Level 3 Official.
